GEO MAROC S.a.r.l
GEO MAROC Sarl is a surveying and geomatics engineering firm founded in 2016 and based in Beni Mellal. It is managed by Mr. FETOUAKI Abdelfettah, a surveying engineer registered with the National Order of Surveying Engineers (ONIGT) since 2016 and a court-appointed expert at the Beni Mellal Court of Appeal.
We support government bodies, public institutions, developers and private clients throughout Morocco, from field survey to the delivery of plans and files.
Our areas of expertise:
- Topographic surveys : surveys, topographic plans, setting-out and levelling.
- Technical assistance and works monitoring on construction sites (roads, tracks, quarries, sanitation, buildings and subdivisions).
- Land and cadastral operations : land registration, subdivision of titles, plot development, title reconciliation, co-ownership and administrative procedures.
- Geomatics and drone photogrammetry : aerial drone imagery, photogrammetric restitution, orthophotos, digital terrain models, GIS.
- Court-appointed real-estate expertise at the Beni Mellal Court of Appeal.
These services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of more than 10 people, deployed according to our clients’ needs to advise and support them at every stage.
